Privacy Policy

MAYA Private Capital Investments (“MAYA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit maya-pci.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you complete the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), the reason you selected, and your message. We also record your IP address and browser user-agent for spam mitigation.
  • Career applications. When you apply for a role we receive your name, email address, phone number, current role, cover letter, and CV. We retain applications for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes.
  • Aggregated analytics. We use Azure Application Insights and (optionally) Microsoft Clarity to measure aggregate site usage — page views, session counts, browser, and country-level location. PII is stripped at ingest. Both services are operated by Microsoft on Azure infrastructure in Switzerland.
  • Spam protection. We use hCaptcha on our forms. hCaptcha may collect device and behaviour signals to confirm you are not a bot.

How we use it

Contact and career-application data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your candidacy. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

All data is stored on Microsoft Azure in Switzerland. CV files are stored in Azure Blob Storage with private access. Database records are stored on Azure SQL with row-level security and encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@maya-pci.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies & consent

We do not load analytics or anti-spam services until you opt in. On your first visit a banner asks for your choices, and you can change them any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The categories are:

  • Analytics — Azure Application Insights and Microsoft Clarity. Page views, route timings, JavaScript errors, aggregated heatmaps. No session replay of form fields.
  • Anti-spam — hCaptcha. Distinguishes humans from bots when you submit the contact or careers forms. Required to send those forms.

Your choice is stored in a small first-party cookie named maya_consent for one year. That cookie itself is strictly necessary and is not subject to consent.
